The API, which Instant Broadcast runs on, sends Meta-approved templates to every customer who opted in, runs chatbot flows, and lets your whole team reply from one number.
Numbers usually get banned when businesses use unofficial bulk-sender tools or modified apps. Instant Broadcast uses Meta's official Cloud API, so you message people who opted in, using templates Meta has approved. Meta can still limit a number that collects too many blocks or reports, so send messages your customers want to receive.
You recharge a wallet. Each delivered message is deducted at its category rate: for Indian numbers, ₹1.12 for marketing and ₹0.15 for utility, authentication and service messages. Every number gets 1,000 free service messages a month, and you can check each deduction in your message log.
